Diane Chandler grew up in the Charlotte area and went to local schools. She is proud to be a native "Charlottean" and her affection for the area gives her a natural ease when she introduces out-of-towners to the many fine opportunities for making the Charotte area their new home.
After an extensive career in the corporate arena of finance and accounting and later in human resource management, Diane got her first taste of real estate in an informal capacity hosting open houses for her brother who was an agent for a new home builder. Becoming licensed would enable her to do so much more, therefore she got her license in 2008 and has thrived at the opportunity to help her clients with buying or selling or both. Her low-pressure style, thorough knowledge of real estate, and a genuine desire to help buyers and sellers fulfill their dreams while meeting their budgets, have been the keys to her success.
Staying in touch with clients long after the transaction has brought her many referrals, as well as phone calls from many who know her as a fountain of information, and she is only too happy to serve as a resource whenever she can help someone answer a moving-related question.
When Diane is not working, changes are she is spending time with her dog, Lacey or her adorable grandchildren, Cara and Chase. She also enjoys helping the non-profit, Matthews Woman's Club Service League with annual fundraisers that benefit the Matthews community.
