City owned property. Initial bid has been approved by the city, subject to the 10 day upset bid period which started on March 23. Buyer agrees to a 20-foot utility easement across the property centered on existing City of Statesville assets. Title is to be conveyed by General Warranty Deed, "Free and Clear" of any other encumbrances. Required 5% deposit. The bidder is solely responsible for any taxes assessed in 2024. The closing shall take place as soon as practicable within 30 days after the council accepts any bid in open session.
