After 10 years of owning and managing numerous rental properties as a side investment, while working full-time in healthcare administration and corporate recruiting, she finally decided to take the leap to pursue her passion on a full-time basis. 

Ashley is a servant leader and prides herself in her ability to build strong relationships. Utilizing over 14 years of business management, operations, and recruiting experience, her goal is to make the buying/selling experience a smooth process for the Charlotte's Agent team clients. "When you are in the process of buying your forever home, I want you to spend your time visualizing the decor, and the memories that will be made, and not worrying about the paperwork, that's my job." 

Ashley is a South Carolina native, and has lived in Fort Mill, SC with her husband and 2 boys for the last 14 years. She is very involved in the local community, serves on the social committee in Springfield neighborhood, as a contributing writer for Springfield Living magazine, and serves on the food committee for the Taste of Fort Mill.
