About Kat
Home. It's more than a roof over your head, it represents your life, your dreams, your hopes for the future. A real estate transaction should be both a monetary and emotionally rewarding experience. That's my goal as a Broker, to help you meet your goals, whatever they are, in the best way possible.
I have a background of many years serving as the Human Resource Director, over 5 departments at Clemson Downs, SC; not only did I hold this title, I also worked as the Marketing Director, Assistant to the Administrator of the facility, Benefits Coordinator, Worker's Compensation Safety Manager, and Property Manager over the Independent Living Apartments, and also the Assisted Living Apartments. Having worked in all these fields led me to Charleston SC, where I managed Sargent Jasper on Broad Street for the Darby's in downtown Charleston.
While I was in Charleston, I studied Real Estate at Trident College and became a licensed Realtor. I sold real estate in Charleston SC for 4 to 5 years. Later, I returned home to the Upstate and began my career again in my hometown. I arose to another area of Real Estate when I became a Broker In Charge for Coldwell Banker Hugh Durham and Associates.
